Rules

You may submit only lawful, truthful, and safe public destinations that you are authorized to promote. A purchase never guarantees acceptance or continued publication.

Do not use VULU to promote illegal content or conduct that exploits people or creates a serious risk of harm.

• Illegal content, illegal services, or instructions that facilitate crime.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug trafficking, or unsafe drug sales.
• Illegal weapons, explosives, trafficking, or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual sexual content, trafficking, or exploitative adult content.
• Credible threats, incitement to violence, glorification of terrorism, or extremist recruitment.

Profanity alone is not automatically prohibited. It is prohibited when used for hate, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, deception, or other disallowed conduct.

• Hate speech, slurs used to attack protected groups, dehumanization, or discriminatory targeting.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or disclosure of private information without authority.

Do not deceive people, compromise their security, or disguise a harmful destination.

• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, deceptive offers, fake reviews, or misleading claims.
• Malware, credential theft, harmful downloads, forced redirects, cloaking, or attempts to evade review.

Do not misuse VULU, other people's work, or the signals used to operate the service.

• Intellectual property infringement or promotion of counterfeit goods.
• Spam, automated abuse, scraping abuse, denial-of-service activity, or interference with VULU.
• Manipulation of ranking, clicks, visitors, watch time, payment state, referrals, or platform metrics.
• Account sharing intended to evade enforcement, ban evasion, or repeated resubmission of rejected content.
• Any content VULU reasonably determines creates a serious safety, legal, fraud, or platform-integrity risk.

VULU may review destinations before or after publication. We may refuse, pause, de-rank, remove, or disable a listing; request changes; restrict features; preserve evidence; suspend or permanently ban an account; and cooperate with lawful authorities.

Enforcement may occur after a purchase. If you violate these Rules, you may lose the affected placement without a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory refund or other legal rights remain protected.

Anyone may report a suspected violation. An affected user may submit one good-faith appeal with relevant context. VULU may reject repetitive, abusive, or clearly unfounded appeals.

We may act immediately and without advance notice when a serious safety threat requires it.
